Minimal's from 7' to 8'4"
The Black and White Minimal is designed with beginners in mind but refinements give this board the feel of a true custom board.

Gideon Egg from 6'4" to 6'8" Available as a standard or full nose template (as shown)
The following is part of an Email team rider Greg Norman sent me after receiving his new Gideon Egg;
"Couldn't believe how fast the egg was, first time I've had it out in long glassy walls, Saunton was breaking like a point, rather than gun down the line trying to make sections, it felt like you could put in a drawn out cutty and still have more than enough speed to easily make or float sections. Heaps of people asked what I was on, and it really did put a smile on my face."

The Tanker Model 6'10" to 8'4"
The Tanker is the stop gap between the Egg and the
Longboard. Mid-length, wide and thick, great for catching
waves. Its float and stability are good for; beginners
who don’t like the Minimal image, capable surfers
who don’t have the opportunity to surf regularly
and the experienced heavier surfer that likes to throw
their weight into turns and trim.
As with most classic shapes contours are slight nose
concave, flat to vee, double concave can be added
if requested. Fin set-up is either single fin or centre
fin with small side fins, always ask for advise on
fins if you are not sure, the right fin can totally
change how a board surfs and can depend on weight,
style and ability.
Longboards
Along side my obsession with shaping Fish style boards I also have a passion for developing and shaping Longboards. I still make all the existing models listed below, which have proved themselves year on year but in addition I have been working closely with Black and White Team rider Greg Norman to develop a new range of Performance and Contest all-rounder's.

Greg's Quiver, a board for every occasion. Greg now also has the Performance Noserider and Gideon Egg added to his collection.
What a manufacturer needs from a team rider is someone who knows how a board works and is able to relay that back to the shaper, that's where Greg is most important, he has been able to come to the shaping bay and between us we have tweaked each of his boards until we have reached what Greg believes is the best possible all-round contest board.
See below some of Greg's Longboard reviews.

High performance all rounder longboard - 9'0 x 22 1/2 x 2 5/8. If I were only to have one board for the rest of my life, this would be it. The fuller nose makes noseriding a dream, yet step back on to the tail and you can throw the board turns easily. I usually ride this board 2+1 with a 7inch centre, the main board I use in contests, because it excels in all areas.

Small wave noserider - 9'0 x 22 3/4 x 2 3/4 - 3. Inspiration for this board came from the Donald Takayama In The Pink, pretty flat rocker, width held through the nose and full bodied rails make this board paddle like a dream. Super stable on the nose, but always wants to accelerate through that section. I usually ride this as a 2+1 with a 9inch centre, although it does work well as a single fin also.

Performance noserider - 9'1 x 22 3/4 x 2 3/4. Low amount of rocker, with subtle tail lift. Lock the board in on a good nose ride and it will keep on holding through sections. The fairly thin rails help the board to still turn amazingly off the tail. Surf as a 2+1 with 7-9inch centre.

Performance Noserider
Bigger wave progressive longboard - 9'0 x 22 x 2 5/8. Narrow nose, pulled in rounded pin, thin rails. This board works well when there is plenty of power in the surf. Ridden as a 2+1 with a 7inch centre fin, went really well at big Anchor Point in Morocco.

The Beachbreak Mal is an all-rounder, a reliable design
for every day use. A similar rocker line to the nose
rider means it can catch waves easily but is still
manoeuvrable. The bottom contours are nose concave,
flat, to vee in the tail, this combined with soft
full rails leads to a very forgiving style of board
that will turn from the centre or tail. Although not
as wide in the nose as a nose rider it is possible
to get some toe time if the conditions are right.
Fins are either single or centre and side fins and
tail shapes squash or rounded pintail.
The Beachbreak Model available from
9' to 9'6"

The Pro Longboard
The Pro Longboard is a loose performance model
capable of handling medium to big surf and designed
for radical moves. Because it is narrower and thinner
than a conventional Longboard and more rockered
it suits a back foot surfing style. Big carves,
floaters, late take-offs and lots of speed make
this board ideal for advanced longboarders and shortboards
wishing to step up a level. Bottom contours are
either nose concave to big double concaves through
the side fin set-up or full single concave.
Tail shapes are either rounded squash or rounded
pintail.
The Pro Longboard available from 9' to 9'4"

The Performance Noserider
The Performance Noserider has
been designed to have all the qualities of a
traditional noserider but with the advantage
of being able to step back on the tail and carve
with your back foot. The bottom contours are
nose concave to flat to double concave through
the fins. Although fitted as standard with a
centre box and side fins this board can also
be ridden as a single fin if preferred (when
ordered as a single fin the tail will be vee
not concaved) The flat entry rocker allows for
easy paddling and wave catching, the tail has
a high lift rocker to aid noseriding and allow
the nose to lift and release when the rider
steps back to turn. Tail shapes can be rounded
diamond, squash or rounded pintail.

The Classic Noserider

The Classic Longboard Model
These Longboards have unashamedly been copied from
the traditional Malibu shapes of the 60’s,
true classics in every way. Large square tail,
rolled bottom 50/50 rails and a single fin. To add
more authenticity, it can have a glassed on fin
from an original template, triple stringers, leash
loop and volan glass with knee paddling patch and
fin patch. These boards are for stylists not rippers
and when ridden well can be the most fluid and graceful
of boards.
